To start a return, sent us a request at katastrofshop@hotmail.com within 3 days after receiving your order. 

Items returned must be in same condition as delivered, with original packaging and tags. Return costs are on you.

Returns in our Ghent store is possible (please check store opening hours). For returns in store an admistration fee of 1,99€ will be deducted. Please note that returns in our Latem store will not be accepted.

Sale items can't be returned.

New: Item is unused with or without tags.

Very good: The item has been used a few times. In very good condition, almost like new, no significant signs of use.

Good: The item is in good condition with a small sign of use that does not affect the overall impression.

Currently it's not possible to reserve items from our webshop. You are more than welcome to try on your favorite pieces in store, first come first choice.
